I’m a Judgment Enforcer. So, what does that mean exactly?
Well, to begin with, I’m not a cop and I’m not a lawyer. I strictly enforce judgments to help people recover on uncollected court judgments.
I stumbled upon this field because one day at a family gathering my brother, who is an attorney, mentioned he had some clients which he successfully won a case for, but never got the money they were owed.
When I asked him about how he planned to help them, he was unsure and said he didn’t know much about how to enforce a judgment, and that all the attorneys he asked didn’t either. In fact, many of them also had uncollected judgments as well.
So, I started researching it. Soon after, I met some of the folks in the Judgment Institute of America, and then dedicated myself to learning everything I could about judgment enforcement.
From then on, I finally knew I had found my calling. Because I love helping people get the justice they deserve. And I went on to become a certified Senior Judgment Enforcement Specialist with the Judgment Institute of America.
Along with other members of my team, we have grown within the ranks of the Institute, and now have decades of combined experience, which makes us the most experienced and formidable team in Judgment Enforcement. So, if we can’t collect on a judgment, then nobody can.
It’s been a long and winding road to get me to where I am today. And with every step I’ve been fortunate to always have such strong support around me, which everyone should be so lucky to have. I’m grateful to have built a powerful team over time, which has helped me succeed. I couldn’t have done it without all those good people.
